What cleaning services do you offer?
We currently offer Regular House Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning, and Custom Cleaning for residential homes.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Locust Grove (30248) and McDonough (30252, 30253). Hampton (30228) is being confirmed, and Stockbridge is a possible future area. If you're unsure, request a quote with your ZIP code.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on property size, bedrooms and bathrooms, current condition, cleaning type, how often you book, and any extra tasks. You'll see your quote before you confirm a booking.
How do I book?
Start with a free quote. Once we confirm the service and details, you'll be able to confirm your booking online. Online booking is being finalized and will be linked here once live.
Do you offer recurring cleaning?
Yes. Regular House Cleaning can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
Our supplies policy is being finalized. We'll confirm what we bring when you request your quote.
How should I prepare for my cleaning?
Pick up clutter, toys, and personal items from surfaces and floors, secure pets, and let us know about access and any fragile items. Try our AI Cleaning Advisor for a checklist tailored to your home.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, and additional charges may apply if our team has already arrived or is on the way.
What if I'm not happy with something after a cleaning?
Tell us as soon as possible with details and photos if you can. We'll review it with you and agree on next steps. Our formal service concern process is being finalized.
